Brenda G. Smith is an astrologer and psychic with over 40 years of professional experience.

Brenda knew she had psychic abilities at a very early age and was soon drawn to the study of astrology. Her professional studies in the field of astrology began in 1975 under Bill Herbst, who confirmed that Brenda had natural abilities, and told her that she was “a natural born astrologer,” as well as possessing potent psychic gifts. Brenda advanced her study of astrology to the intermediate and advanced levels.

After moving to Kansas City in 1979, Brenda began studying with renowned astrologer John Sandbach, author of several innovative books, including Astrology, Alchemy and the Tarot. John introduced Brenda to the study of the Tarot and confirmed she had a natural gift for this ancient system of divination. She became a professional that year at age 24. Clients state that her accuracy rate is high, and she has a particular talent for finding lost objects.

Brenda teaches astrology at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels, and teaches tarot. She loves disseminating knowledge and passing on her experience, along with helping students to gain a level of proficiency.

Brenda is a lifetime member of the Aquarian Organization of Astrologers, and has been president three times. She is currently Renaissance chair for the organization, and manages the AOA booth at The Renaissance Festival every fall.

In addition to astrology and tarot, Brenda has made a lifetime study of metaphysics such as color, auras, projection and manifestation work, healing and reiki, and spiritual law.
